On behalf of the families served by Inspiracion, we are excited to invite you to the 5th Annual Remember Recess FUNdraiser! Our event will be held at Freight Bar as it was received with great enthusiasm in the past. The last four events exceeded our expectations and allowed us to fund the WISD-Alta Vista Elementary School Parent and Child Program that teaches at-risk Latino parents how to prepare their children ages 0-4 years to become Kindergarten ready. We are currently in the process of expanding our program in an exciting partnership with Transformation Waco.

Inspiracion is a nonprofit organization that is partnering with Waco ISD to service families with children 0 to 4 years of age that will be entering the Alta Vista Campus, a Transformation Waco at-risk school. This unique program provides parenting education classes and early childhood classes that enable families to become active participants in their child’s education. We believe education starts in the home and our goal is to ensure that all children entering Alta Vista Elementary are kindergarten ready.
